Shipping - Delivery

All orders placed via our online store will incur a delivery fee. Rates for both Australian Domestic and International deliveries are in AUD (Australian Dollar) currency. Free or promotional delivery may be available, subject to a promotional code. Shipping fee is flat rate $7.95. 

Once payment has cleared it can take up to 3 business days before your item is dispatched. After this time, Domestic orders can take up to 3-7 business days to arrive, and International orders can take 5-17 business days to arrive. 

International customers it is your responsibility to pay any applicable taxes, custom duties or any other fees that may be incurred in conjunction with deliveries into your country.

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds 

We at Ati Bows take great care in processing, packaging and shipping your product(s). In the rare event your order is either faulty or damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving your faulty or damaged order. We are not held accountable for products lost in transit, however we will endeavour to rectify any arising issues. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

Intellectual Property

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the intellectual property, including all patents and trademarks, illustrations and design, photography, literary text, inventions, technology, equipment, methods or techniques together with any business names and trademarks are the property of ATI BOWS and nothing will be construed or interpreted as in any way constituting an assignment of any rights and entitlements to the customer, and shall at all times remain vested in ATI BOWS. The intellectual property must not be copied, scanned, reproduced or repackaged in any way, shape or form without the express written consent of ATI BOWS.

Where ATI BOWS permits in writing the use of its intellectual property during the time the customer trades with ATI BOWS for the purpose of advertising or promotion, or for any other purpose including resale as a commercial product, the customer understands that said intellectual property must recognise ATI BOWS name and trademark at all times.
